General Information about the Event

To show our appreciation to members of our school family for their loyalty and steadfast performance, we are pleased to offer a very special Service Recognition program. This program recognizes employees when they reach 5, 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50 years of service. Honorees at the 5-year milestone receive a custom HCPS pin.

Honorees at the 10, 20, 30, 40, or 50-year milestone receive the following:

Service Award:

  • Select a gift according to your years of service – Click on the “Service Awards” tab for details
  • Gifts will be sent to an employee’s school/department for distribution by their administrator. Gifts for principals/supervisors will be sent to their supervisor to distribute.

Annual Service Recognition Dinner:

  • Invitation to the Annual Service Recognition Dinner – Click on the “Dinner RSVP” tab to let us know whether or not you will attend
  • Honorees may invite one guest to attend. As space is limited, guest reservations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
  • What to expect at the dinner:
    • 5:00-6:00 PM – Social Hour
      • Check-in at the table in the lobby
      • Find your table assignment card
      • Socialize! Enjoy appetizers in the main lobby, mingle in the Beta Club Bar, relax on the veranda, or take a stroll on the pier (weather permitting).
      • Photography – A photographer will be available throughout the social hour and dinner to take candid photos. (Posed photos during presentation of certificates to 30, 40, & 50-year honorees only.)
    • 5:45 PM – Doors open for dinner/program
    • 6:00 PM – Dinner/Program begins
      • Photography – A photographer will be available throughout the social hour and dinner to take candid photos. (Posed photos during presentation of certificates to 30, 40, & 50-year honorees only.)
