Class of 2015 nets more than 65 million in scholarship funds
For the third straight year, Harford County Public Schools graduates have earned a significant increase in scholarship offerings by colleges and universities. The chart below illustrates the success HCPS school counselors have had in helping students maximize their scholarship and grant opportunities.  The increased student and parent usage of the scholarship postings on the Naviance College and Career Program, and the scholarship page on the HCPS website, combined with the collective efforts of a dedicated and professional group of school counselors, led to the growth of more than $15 million in scholarships being awarded for the past three academic years.  Congratulations to the Class of 2015 for earning more than 65 million total in scholarship packages!  High school students are encouraged to visit http://www.hcps.org/departments/studentservices/SchoolCounseling.aspx throughout the school year for scholarship links and information and college resources and links.
