Bel Air High teacher provides business learning opportunity for her students

Katie Campbell, business teacher at Bel Air High School, was selected for and recently attended the Seminar for High School Educators on Business and Financial Responsibility at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.

The three-day conference was sponsored by the Wharton School of Business (KWHS) in conjunction with Price Waterhouse Cooper (PwC) in support of their initiative to deliver innovative content promoting business and finance, entrepreneurship, and leadership among high school students and teachers around the world.

Upon returning from the conference, Miss Campbell and 83 of her students enrolled in a distance education course entitled Analyzing Global Trends for Business and Society through the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business. The course is a nine-week program in which participants will earn a certificate of completion.

What an awesome opportunity for Miss Campbell and her students!
