Meet our
Support Staff

Mrs.
Jennifer Sexton is one of our special educators here at Norrisville. She
has had seventeen total years of teaching experience, fifteen of which
have been in Harford County. This is Mrs. Sexton’s sixth year at Norrisville! She lives in Harford County with her husband, three kids,
and two dogs. She enjoys scrapbooking, reading, and camping.

Mrs. Anne Bell is our other special
educator. She has had 12 years total
teaching experience and taught first grade
for half of them! This is her second year at
Norrisville! Mrs. Bell is married with two
small children; Elizabeth is four and
Charlie is two. She grew up in Harford
County and currently resides in Bel Air.
Mrs. Bell enjoys reading, scrapbooking,
shopping and cooking. She also loves to have
family and friend time! She loves working at
NES and has enjoyed getting to know the
students, teachers, and families. She thinks
Norrisville is a great community! |

Mrs. Dianne
Van Pelt is our reading specialist. She has been teaching for the past
fifteen years in eight different states! This is her
third year at Norrisville. Mrs. Van Pelt has been married for
30 years and her husband
is in the Army. She has three daughters; two of them attend Virginia
Tech and one goes to Fallston. Mrs. Van Pelt enjoys walking, reading,
and sewing. She loves Maryland and hopes to settle here for awhile! |

Ms. Donna Sigwart is
our gifted and talented teacher. She has
been teaching for twelve years, eight of
those years being in the first grade. This
is her fourth year as the gifted and talented
teacher at both Abingdon and Norrisville.
She currently lives in downtown Havre de
Grace.
She loves reading, movies, travel, skiing,
and anything on the water, including
boating! Mrs. Sigwart is engaged to be
married this summer and will become
stepmother to four lovely girls! |

Mrs.
Christy Renzulli is our school counselor. She has been teaching for the
past fourteen years! Ten of those years were spent at Harford Tech High
School and the last four have been spent at Norrisville! Mrs. Renzulli
lives with her husband of ten years, Andy, and their two children,
Abby, her 9-year old daughter, and Drew, her 3-year old son! Mrs. Renzulli enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time with the family in
her free time. Mrs. Renzulli's position was recently extended to include
North Harford High School as well! |

Mrs. Sharon McNutt
is one of our paraeducators. She has been at
Norrisville for the past eight years and in
the school system for the past twelve. She
and her husband Frank have two children.
Amanda is eighteen years old and attends
Towson University as a music education
major. Adam is twenty years old and is
enlisting in the army. The McNutt's have a
Boston Terrier named Baron. Mrs. McNutt
enjoys spending time with her family,
exercising, and motorcycle rides with her
husband and friends. She loves being at
Norrisville Elementary School! |

Mrs. Renee Ford is
one of our paraeducators. She has been
working at Norrisville for the past nine
years. She has a husband named Keith, and
two children. Her daughter Haley is sixteen
and attends North Harford High School and
her son Will is thirteen and attends North
Harford Middle School. She enjoys following
her children to all of their sporting
events! She also loves working with the
children at Norrisville Elementary School. |

Mr. Steve Webster is
our speech therapist at Norrisville. He has
had thirty years of experience, the past
twenty being at Norrisville! Mr. Webster has
three children and one grandson! He enjoys
playing the guitar and the harmonica,
running a music venue, as well as historic
restoration. |
