Instruct the students that whenever they hear music, everyone needs to hop up and dance! Then find a school appropriate song to play on YouTube.

Stand up/Sit down

Instruct everyone to quickly stand up and then sit back down. Repeat 10 times.

You can provide the list of 24 activities and have students create their own bingo card. Then simply call them out. They have to do it to earn the x on the spot. (Requires a little more preparation.)
