Grand Canyon University has reserved additional scholarships for Harford County Public School District employees
Grand Canyon University has recently enrolled many teachers from Harford County Public Schools in our M.Ed. programs offered 100% online. With the cohorts we have received, we were able to set up another District Scholarship for all employees of Harford County Public Schools. This scholarship includes a savings of $1,100 off the total tuition and application fees! In addition, we can provide information on the Federal Title One Loan Forgiveness program (This is a government program that can save teachers $5,000-$17,500 on their graduate degrees).
Great news -- Grand Canyon University (GCU) has scholarships available for Maryland teachers who are interested in pursuing an advanced degree in education. We invite you to take advantage of this opportunity to achieve your academic and career objectives through our comprehensive undergraduate and graduate-level degree programs taught from a Christian world view perspective.
As you may know, Grand Canyon University (GCU) is a private, Christian university with a traditional campus in Phoenix, Arizona. Founded 60 years ago as a 'teacher's college,' the University now offers lifelong learners like you a variety of flexible and convenient options to earn your degree online. Our values-based curriculum is taught from the context of our Christian heritage, with our mission being to "prepare learners to become global citizens, critical thinkers, effective communicators, and responsible leaders."
GCU's academically challenging degree programs are regionally accredited through the Higher Learning Commission. From our 95-acre campus, we offer Division II athletic programs, campus housing, special events, and an annual commencement ceremony that draws graduates from all over the country. As an online student, your assigned graduation team will work with you throughout your program to ensure that your total experience at GCU is rewarding, both personally and professionally.
