• How they encourage the use of teams and cooperative techniques for academic processes.
• how recognition aligns to the highest student achievement and how they involve students in developing the system.
• How they orient, assist, train, and support all students entering throughout the school year.
• How they collect and use stakeholder satisfaction/dissatisfaction data to continuously improve student involvement and well-being.
