KINDERGARTEN ENROLLMENT SURVEY FOR 2008-2009

In order that we might have some idea of our pupil enrollment in kindergarten next fall, we are asking each parent, having a child who will be eligible, (must be 5 years of age on or before September 1st of this year) to complete the form below and return it to the school as soon as possible, but no later than Thursday, March 20, 2008.

Kindergarten registration will be held on Friday, May 2, 2008.  More information will be sent out at a later date.

Please share this information with any neighbors who might not have children in Fountain Green Elementary School, but will have someone coming to kindergarten in the fall.  Thank you.
