Further study is needed to determine the variable that causes rapid growth. The increasing population leads to more impervious surfaces. The rain varied from 30-50in. from 1990-2003. The deposition island grows each year at different rates. The population is growing in the Winters Run watershed. INFERENCES CONCLUSIONS
