Cello

The cello, pronounced like "jello" with a "c", is the third largest instrument in the string family.  Because of it's size, players are unable to play the cello by holding it like the violin or viola.  Instead, a player must sit the cello on the floor using the endpin.  Cellos also have four strings: C G D A (lowest to highest), and play on the bass clef.  Cellos are found in concert orchestras.
