Room 106-  Ms. Janet Baker*

Ms. Baker received her BA and Master’s degree in Early Childhood from Towson University. She received her 30+ from Loyola College. She taught                  kindergarten in Harford County for over 30 years and now enjoys teaching first grade. She loves reading, swimming, cooking and being with her grandchildren and grandpuppy.

Room 107-  Ms. Malinda Markel

Ms. Markel received a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education from Stevenson University and a Master of Science Degree in Early Childhood Education from Towson University.  She has a spoiled cat named Nikki.  In her free time Ms. Markel enjoys watching sports and traveling. She roots for the Ravens and the Orioles!

16-24 count crayons (No 64 count, colored

 pencils or markers)

Good scissors

3 packs of #2 pencils. No pens or refillable pencils

Erasers- 1 pack of eraser caps and

1 pack of large pink

2 glue sticks (no liquid glue)

1 package of wet wipes

 

Pencil Box (small)

3 composition books

Book bag without wheels

Two large boxes of tissues

One box of Ziploc baggies (gallon,sandwich, or snack size)

One pack of low odor dry erase markers-blue, red, green- no pastels

Coins for math in a sturdy Ziploc bag with child's name on it

(20 pennies, 10 nickels, 10 dimes, 4 quarters)

A couple of old clean socks to use for erasing their white boards

 

* Please have extra pencils, crayons, and glue sticks to send in with your child throughout the year. Additional supplies will be requested after winter break.
