HCPS Office of School Counseling

A variety of school counseling services are available in the high schools of Harford County. These services have as their objectives:
helping students develop an understanding of themselves and others. giving students an opportunity to understand and clarify their educational, personal, and social plans. assisting students in their developmental process during adolescence.	helping students identify and develop decision-making skills. helping students identify their interests and abilities in planning career goals. assisting students in making a smooth transition from high school to employment, continuing education, and other post-secondary situations.
