HCPS offers employees both 403b and 457b investment plans through Lincoln Financial Group as a means to defer compensation
for retirement. Enrollment in the deferred compensation plans may occur at any time during the year.
Employees may choose to enroll in either or both the 403b and 457b plans. In addition, employees have the option to designate
all or a portion of their 403b and/or 457b contribution as either tax-deferred or as an after-tax Roth contribution.
