A group of Aberdeen Middle School students attended the HCPS College and Career Fair recently held at Harford Community College.  Most of the students in this group are members of Young Men on Tour, a mentoring group for boys at Aberdeen Middle School to encourage young men academically, socially and emotionally.  This program helps support students make the transition from boyhood to manhood.  The Aberdeen Middle students spoke with vendors and attended workshops to assist them in identifying the necessary steps to prepare for college and careers.  The trip was made possible due to funding from the Office of Equity and Cultural Proficiency.
