To apply for HCPS Support Services vacancies or clerical substitute assignments, please complete the online employment application for Support Services positions.  To access the application, use the “Click to Apply” button located under advertised vacancies.

Clerical applicants are required to demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs via a computer-based assessment prior to sitting for an interview; Human Resources will schedule the computer-based exercise for candidates who are selected for an interview.  Candidates will be given one opportunity to complete the computer-based clerical exercise which consists of a 45 minute Word and 45 minute Excel exercise. Candidate scores will remain active until the testing material is updated. Once testing materials are updated, candidates that have previously passed the clerical test will be required to re-take the test.
